Aslam is in a passionate pursuit of creating the largest Skills Development Company of the country. He seeks to make a meaningful impact on the society through his company’s mission to maximize the impact of English communication training. He is a Physics graduate with a Post Graduation in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He has done his MBA in Marketing from Pune. After working for a few years with Bajaj Auto Ltd., he moved to Business Development in IT and has served with some of the large IT companies like IBM and Computer Associates. After successfully making a career in IT, in Year 2006, he setup the first Speakwell Center in Mumbai and since then he has been fast expanding this network of centers across India. He has a penchant for the education business. He has setup some of the well-known names in Mumbai’s IT education industry like St. Angelo & Plus Point Computer. At Speakwell, he has been driving innovation and use of technology to further the cause of English language for all.

Education has been Mahesh’s first love and he has remained in love with the Education Business ever since. He started his network of Computer Training Centers under the brand name of Plus Point Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Having found the Spoken English training to be a more challenging business, he diversified into Spoken English and became part of the creation of Speakwell English Academy. His insight into the franchising business has made Speakwell the largest network of Spoken English training centers in Mumbai.

At work, Mahesh Joshi is best known for his out-of-the-box and progressive thinking. He drives his Speakwell team to be continually innovative in training methods with the help of current technology and is obsessive about the quality standards. Armed with a coterie of dynamic professionals chosen by him, he pushes his team to deliver nothing but the best.

It is his vision to thus help young Indians to move, in keeping with the paradigm shift in the global industrial standards.

Executive Team

Soham Bhuta is passionate about Education and has been in the Education Industry since 1993 spanning over 20 years now. With a strong belief that “Education is the only way you can change the life of an individual”, he has been contributing to make individuals successful through the education route. With a Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications, Post Diploma Engineering in Computer Applications and PGDBA in Marketing he started his career in the IT training industry exploring all aspects of training business and understanding every aspect of it. After 5 years he started his own IT and Training consulting firm Grafi-Tech and worked with various IT and Non IT MNC’s like L&T, Mahindra and Mahindra, Reliance Industries, ABN Amro Bank, SBI, Lupin Labs, etc. Driven by his strong zeal and passion to create employable youth, he joined as a Full Time Director (Technical and Operations) with St. Angelo’s Computers Ltd and during this span, he expanded the St. Angelo’s network and collaborated with various universities to create Industry ready professionals with specialized degrees in Software, Networking and Animation.

Currently, he is CEO – Centre Operations for Speakwell Skills Academy Pvt. Ltd. to contribute to the mission of creating skilled and employable youth. With a core objective to make Speakwell the largest job skills and communication skills training company in India, he wants to create an India full of skilled and successful youth.

His strong business acumen with good analytical & technical base, marketing & operations expertise, motivation, positive attitude and his ability to work well with people at all levels (people management) have been key factors for his success. Making individuals successful in their life is the motto for him which keeps him excited to work everyday.
